What woke you up? And what do we do about it?
Last night I took part in a podcast for Israel News Talk Radio, on the topic of ‘waking up’ during the Covid pandemic and what to do once you’re awake. I thought the other two guests were really interesting - even though each and every one of us is coming at this thing from different perspectives, along different timelines, and with different priorities, we’re already seeing how the crisis of looming totalitarianism is beginning to pull people together into a hopeful, positive, energetic and uplifting community.

I start out by saying that I wanted to go through my timeline to explain my journey - and then i sort of panicked and skipped to the end, so I thought I’d take a minute here to fill in that gap.
2008 - World financial crisis
2009 - I started working at the European Parliament, for a Conservative MEP who’s big thing was dismantling the fake ‘climate change’ narrative. We hosted a one day conference bringing together prominent sceptics from around the world to explain that the “science” on climate change in reality was made up of highly suspect modelling, papers published through a biased peer review system, and a narrative spun by the media. So at this point I already became aware that the science community was corrupted.
While at the EP I also, as I mention in the video, came to understand that national governments no longer run their own countries, and that the financial system was vastly over-leveraged.
2010 - After 19 months in Brussels, and following the British general election which saw the Conservatives regain power, albeit in coalition, I returned to the UK to work for a Conservative MP at Westminster. There, it was hammered home to me that Conservative ministers who wanted to enact meaningful policies were being hampered by the civil service (further proof that governments do not run countries), and also that the Conservative party was merely playing lip service to its founding values, as indeed all the parties were. Instead, partisan politics is a show or a soap opera, every bit as much as Love Island or Coronation St. It’s entertainment. In reality, there are no meaningful differences between the parties; it’s all just a distraction.
It was also around about this time that I started being aware of the fourth industrial revolution, and began considering the financial implications of an economy in which human workers were largely replaced by robotics.
2014-2017 - I wrote for Breitbart News. We covered in-depth the ongoing destruction of southern European states by the EU, through both financial ruin and immigration. We also reported on the rape gangs that worked in hoc with the police and social services to victimise the British working classes.
One moment that stands out for me was a conversation I had with a victim of these gangs, in which I said to her that when I was a young child in 1980s Portsmouth, all the kids used to play on the streets, and all the parents would collectively keep an eye out for threats. I asked how the community had allowed these girls to be victimised. The answer was that the police had threatened anyone who had dared to protect them. What I understood from that was that the state was actively waging war against its own people, using the Police as hired thugs.
2015 - My mother and I decided to pool our assets to buy a house together. We purposefully chose one with a large garden, that was geographically secluded, as we were already aware that we would likely need to become self sufficient in the short to medium term future. When we moved in we fitted solar panels, put in vegetable beds, planted fruit trees and created a chicken run.
2019 - I felt a calling to come to Israel. At the time I was already in contact with people who were (and still are) preparing for an impending civil war. One of these friends was very angry with me for leaving, accused me of abandoning my country to run away, and called me a coward. I explained to him that I wasn’t running away from the fight, I was running toward the front lines.
So when 2020 came around, I wasn’t at all surprised. On the contrary, although I hadn’t been expecting a pandemic, I expected something. Nothing about the Covid narrative felt right to me. The numbers of infected didn’t justify the panic, and governments immediately moved to take up totalitarian measures, crushing businesses and crashing the economy. I understood immediately that something was being done to us because of the problems posed by a non-functioning economy, but it was Catherine Austin Fitt’s Planet Lockdown interview that really tied all the threads together for me (the second one is worth watching too), and made full sense of the pandemic narrative.
Austin Fitts is very clear on the need to exit the system, and I am in total agreement with her. To be clear, this is not optional. Sooner or later the choice will be foisted upon you, whether it’s getting a vaccine pass to keep your job, keep your kid in school, or even to access your own money in your bank account. You don’t want to reach that moment unprepared. If your aim ultimately is to not be enslaved in the totalitarian system, you need to already be working on extracting yourself now while its comparatively easier to do so.
